The Cutera GenesisPlus® nail laser system.
Our physicians use the Cutera GenesisPlus system, a focused 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser cleared by the FDA for the temporary increase of clear nail in patients with onychomycosis. Short pulses of laser energy pass through the nail, while an integrated temperature sensor helps the clinician monitor the treatment area.

No. Trauma, repeated shoe pressure, skin conditions, and other medical issues can change a nail’s appearance. That is why we begin with an evaluation and may recommend testing.
What does nail laser treatment feel like?
Sensation varies. Some patients notice warmth during treatment. Your physician will explain what to expect based on the device and your individual care plan.
How soon will I see a change?
Nails grow slowly, so visible improvement—when treatment is successful—appears as healthier nail grows from the base. Timing and results vary from person to person.
How many sessions will I need?
